Deidre studied in the Fordham/Ailey program after moving on from high school where she was a National Young Arts Scholarship Recipient. She graduated with honors with a BFA in Dance. She joined Ailey II shortly after graduation where she danced for two seasons. After leaving Ailey II, Deidre is now a dancer in Parsons Dance Company and spends her days touring the world and performing. Deidre has worked with such choreographers as Judith Jamison, Hope Boykin, Robert Battle, Matthew Rushing, and Ronald K. Brown. Deidre performed as a US Arts Ambassador for President Barack Obama.
